The State legislature has allocated a large amount of funds to the OEC to provide one-time wage supplements to early childhood educators. The funds are intended to go directly to staff employed at eligible programs. The OEC will be distributing these funds to all licensed programs and state funded School Readiness and CDC programs through an application process that will be announced soon. To allow us to make payments to your program, we need an IRS W9 form from you. The State Comptroller will use the information on the W9 to issue a Supplier ID so any payments that you may be eligible for can be paid to your program. Please ensure the W9 is complete, signed and dated in order to process. Incomplete W9s will delay the processing time to apply for a Supplier Id.
